Red Christmas & Spectrum Noir problem...

Hi everyone.
Today I have another Christmas card to share I made using a Lili of the valley stamp and my Spectrum Noir pens. Sue Wilson die cut,
Bits from my stash.

I have to say I have enjoyed using my pens but I am disappointed that the numbers on quite a few are fading.
I have contacted Crafter's Companion over the last couple of weeks, 3 times and I have not had a reply up to now.
Tonight I have emailed Create & Craft so I am hoping they will sort it out.
Thanks for calling
xx Jan

  1. Hi Jan,
I bought some of the original Spectrum Noir Pens, and half the numbers were fade when i got them, think it must have something to do with the way they are printed on the ends rather than embossed on if that makes sense..

  2. I put clear nail polish on the numbers to protect them.

  3. I've a few Spectrum but can't say I like them much so not used enough for the numbers to wear off. I use Graph Its now and have had no problem with those numbers wearing off. Lovely card though xx

  5. A fabulous card Jan, I love the red and white.
I never could get on with Spectrum Noir Pens, they seemed to run out very quickly and bleed a lot - I have packed them all away in a box and gone back to ProMarkers.

  11. Love this cArd. I guess i started with copics so i never could get used to spectrum noir. I hope you get a response. Else try finding some one on their design team as those people often have a person who knows someone inside who can find out who needs to be told
