I can't believe another 2 weeks a have gone by already!

This time over at Creative Card Crew our challenge is "Easel Cards"

I made mine using XXL Scalloped & plain circles from Go Kreate in the Grand Callibur.

I used Anna Marie Designs A3 white card stock. 

I used Dreamweaver White Embossing Paste & Glamour dust & a Champaign bottle stencil by Sweet Poppy . I edged the top circle with Glamour dust. Sentiment stamp is by LOTV. Stamped onto a Spellbinders Shapeability.

Christmas cards!

Hi everyone. OH went to a car show today so while the cats away n all that! SIL & I went shopping! I ended up at The Range! Love that shop. I couldn't resist these Papermania stamps. The tree is huge but I love it,

Both cards are A5 in size. Both made from the same set of stamps.

Both made with Papermania capsule card stock.

Both heat embossed. Leaves on the LIM card is coloured with Copics & Liquid Pearls.

LOTV stamp

Phew, i'm shattered. We have been babysitting our gorgeous granddaughter's today. Boy are they hard work! We have had a craft session! I didn't hide the glitter. Well, everything looks lovely glittered doesn't it?

They have gone home with two bags of craft goodies! Much to Daddies dismay!! Ha ha the joys of a Nan. Revenge can be so sweet!

Anyway onto my card!

A5 card, LOTV stamp. ( another Harrogate goodie, I don't no wot to play with first!) I used Memento green ink coloured a couple of places with red Pro marker, then added ribbon & sentiment.

My card no 2 for LIM

A mans card this time. Stamped onto Ross card using kan Ban stamp & TH DI. Also used a touch of Glossy accents for the sea. 

It's very bright here today so photos are not too good. sorry.

Week 33 at Less is more! 1000 "Anything Goes" keep it Clean & simple!

It's week 33 over at LIM.  The girls are trying to reach 1000 entries. So please pop over & join in.

My first card is my favourite at the moment. Lots of white space (LOL) Sorry girls!

I used a Penny black fantasy stamp for the tree, Kan Ban snowman stamp. Silver heat embossed. I stamped with Chloe's snowflake stamp & Brilliance white ink pad onto the acetate. I used MS deep edge for the borders. I dug out my Shrink plastic this week and cut out some snowflakes with Sizzix die.

My DT Pram for Creative Card Crew! "Baby Challenge" with Tut!

Well what an awesome fortnight at the Creative Card Crew we had 1022 entries. You certainly kept us all busy visiting your bloggs and wonderful creations.

We are so pleased and thank you all so much for joining us.

This time our challenge is "Baby" as 5 of our crew are having additions to their families in the next few months. Including myself as we are expecting our 4th granddaughter in December.

Recipe......

I cut two 11" prams out with my Cricut Expression and New Arrivals cartridge. I used Double sided cream card. 

I cut a 12x12" piece of card in half, scored around 3/4" down each side. Glue them together end to end to make a long piece of card. fold the score lines and cut zig zag like teeth right along both sides. I get an cardboard tube from a roll of kitchen roll and curve it. Score a line across around 6" in and fold. This will form the apron. Glue to each pram side, this will create the 3d affect. I make a box to glue the wheels to as this helps to strengthen. I use wooden skewers for between the handle bars & the wheels.

Then the best bit decorate as required.

Top Tip

I always use wet glue for extra strength .

Had a play with some of my new goodies!

First card was stamped with Penny Black tree, stamp & stick then heat embossed & glittered.

Matted onto silver card & Martha Stewart card.

My second card was made using Dreamweavers Stencils glossy embossing paste & Gold Glamour dust. Sweet Poppy champaign bottle stencil. Glasses were stamped in Versamark then gold heat embossed..

My third was done with a stencil & Imagination Sparkle Paste.

My Harrogate goodies!

Hi everyone just a quick post for now! I thought I would share some of my Harrogate craft goodies with you.

We had a wonderful day, spent far too much, now I have to find a home for them! Sound familiar?

My lovely clear desk is now full!

More Less is more week 32. One Layer. "Seeing double"

 I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself, I'm off to Harrogate GNPE tomorrow and I can't wait. I love the Harrogate show, it's brilliant.

I went out with a couple of friends this afternoon and I found a new Craft Shop! It's called Suzicraft . We felt  at home straight away, great prices and we even got offered a cuppa! Their websites not quite up and running but you can buy their things on ebay! It was at Stockton on Tees opposite Tecaz. Even open on a Sunday!

Anyhow onto the LIM challenge 32 One Layer "Seeing Double" I have had another 3 tries. I do struggle with one layer week.
My first one is on AMD DL Parchment card. I embossed two Mega oval nesties. Then I stamped the glasses & embossed with gold EP.
Next card I used the same technique as the first card but using the snowflakes. I drew the lines with a silver pen. Finished with Stickles.
My final card I used Bazzil basics flowers & flourishes templates and used black Enamel Accents for the black dots. Sentiment is by Bazoo.

Less is more week 32 One Layer " Seeing double"

Over at LIM it's one layer week! It soon comes around again! My first card made since I had my new craft racks fitted (see earlier post) it was loads easier with my ink pads organized. I just need all my stamps sorting! Any suggestions?
Any how on to my card. I used GG open hearts board for the background hearts, Giraffes stamps from Bazoo. Coloured with PM. Sentiment stamp I have had for years. Added a couple of roses. (to hid a mess I made) lol! Gosh this must be the quickest OLC I ever made!
