Two Christmas cards!

I've been sorting all my Christmas cards out to take to Suzicraft's Craftathon in aide of our troops tomorrow.

This is the final two. I will have to start all over again for myself lol! Well, it's certainly for a worthy cause.

A couple of simple A5 cards today.

My first card I used this large stamp from Papermania. I heat embossed with green glitter embossing powder.

My second card has been made using Crafts Too embossing folder and TH DI Scattered Straw.

Arty Farty car & a set of Lim cards

Morning Crafter's and fellow Limettes today I have an 18th Birthday card I made for our Great Niece & a set of 4 Lim cards.

I made the car using an Arty Farty template, CC Pearl Centura & Kan Ban card.

Make it Monday Challenge #61

After racking my brains  I remembered I had a lend of this xmas tree stencil.
So I used my Dreamweaver embossing paste and glitters. I love the effect although you need to be patient and wait till it dries.

Some of the sentiments have been stamped & some I used the Stamp & stick glue pad.
You heat it then apply the glitter!
I don't no what I am doing wrong but I am not very happy with the results. 

 I don't feel as if it's sticky enough.

So any tips would be gratefully received.

I have used a A5 card & stamped my guitar stamp with Versamark & gold embossing powder. I used nesties & TH DI scattered straw. Stars and sentiment are computer generated.

Bubbles!

Hi everyone! Hope you are all well?

I  have been having a play with this lovely LOTV elephant Bubbles again. It's one of my favourite images, I coloured it with Watercolour Pencils. I used the waste I made with a Go Kreate XXL frilly square. Brown card is Limited addition. Pink dotty is Kan Ban. 

Flourish is Cheery Lynn. 

Metal charm corners are from Dawn till Dusk.

I used MS punch.

Unusual Friends DT card for CCC!

Carousel & LIM card!

HI everyone!

It's a miserable day here in Durham just the day to craft!

I had a Carousel to make for our great niece who is 18 on 3rd Nov. It took some starting but when I'm finished I do feel a sense of achievement.

I used Crafter's Companion Centura white & Hunkydory dots & flowers in pink. Lots of bits from my stash.

My Lim card for challenge 38 "Polka Dots" 

I made a 6x6 card with P/Mill card. I used my Marianne flower die, Sizzix flourish.

Other stamps are from Creative Expressions Button Floral.

All stamped with Versamark & gold heat embossed.

Less is more week 38 "Polka Dots"

Yay Saturday again!

I have  had a rough few days with headaches which resulted in a Migraine yesterday. Thank goodness it's gone today.

I love Polka Dots so this weeks challenge over at LIM is great.

I used Papermania card stock large Embossing folder and a couple of Quickcutz horseshoes. perfect as they have some dots on too!

I stamped the sentiment. I can't remember whose stamp it is though!

Cocktail no 4 lol!

Yes another one for LIM challenge 37 "Cocktails" 

I used more Ross paper card lol! It's great stuff. 50 A4 sheets for £2 it must be around 300 gsm.

I used C&C rainbow card & Sweet Poppy stencil. Imagination Sparkle paste winter snow.

I received an order from Dawn till Dusk so I couldn't resist using their gems.

This is my last Lim card till Saturday of coarse!

Christmas card!

Morning friends. Just a quick as post, I have a busy day today!

I matted onto 8x8 card made with A3 Ross card. I printed onto Ross Paper,  Hi White 250gsm. I love this card for printing. I usually buy A3 and cut to the size I want as I have an A3 printer.
Do Crafts digital designer backing paper.

Nephews birthday card.

My gorgeous nephew Chris is 32 today! Blimey I feel old all of a sudden!

I love this TT image and backing paper from the TT cd.
I matted onto 8x8 card made with A3 Ross card. I printed onto Ross card,  Hi White 250gsm. I love this card for printing. I usually buy A3 and cut to the size I want as I have an A3 printer.

A3 card  the sides scored at 3" and  centre 71/2" height 71/2"

I punched the edges with MS border punch. I embossed with Crafts too paws folder.

 I distressed with TH Scattered Straw.

Two LIM cards today!

YAY I found it! 

I have spent ages looking for this card! Talk about a senior moment! I had put it under my cutting matt to flatten it cos I'd heat embossed it. No wonder I couldn't find it.

I embossed the heart using the GC & large heart nestie. Onto a 6x6 Papermania  card. I heat embossed the Pansy's and coloured them with Pro Markers.

This one was stamped using this lush fir heart!

 I bought from Chloe's Creative Cards. 

Chloe is so talented & has some beautiful stamps she has created herself.  

I stamped it with Versamark & dusted in gold Perfect Pearl powder.

I embossed the card edges with Hougie board!

I am entering them both into the LIM Challenge 36 heart/s "One Layer" I hope the ribbon & bow is acceptable. I just felt it needed a little bit of something extra.

I have had a wonderful few hours at the Nissan Papercraft show with my best friend. Bought lots of bits I shouldn't have lol! What's new?

Challenge 36 LIM "One Layer"

Mandi over at LIM advised a little colour and I have to say I agree. I like it!

 I used some pro markers and some Star Dust Stickles.

It's been a miserable day today just the day for crafting! So I made another one for LIM week 36 One layer and this time we need to do a heart. Can be more than one but only one layer.

I still haven't found the card I made & lost this morning! 

I am still hoping it will turn up!

This one I made using an 6x6 card and stamped through a mask I made this morning. I have had these little stamps for years & hardly ever used them. They are called Pansy Garden & i stamped them with.

Happy Limday Limettes & Diva's! I hope you are having a better day than me! Cos I am having one of those days where nothing goes right!

I eventually made two cards, I have lost one! Fairies must of liked it so much they borrowed it! If it ever turns up I will post it! LOL!

Its Challenge 36 one layer week at LIM. It has to be a heart but can be multiple as long as it's one layer!

Recipe.

I made a square 6x6 card with Papermania Capsule white card. i made a mask & embossed the largest of the large nestie hearts onto my card. Sentiment & image Penny Black. Stamped with Versafine Onyx. I smudged the sentiment a little but I quite like it that way.

Golden & Silver Wedding Anniversary cards!

Morning crafter's it's a bit wild here but the sun is shining!

I have two cards today a Golden wedding card was made using Keepsake board Dreamkeepers frame plates HERE board. Cream Paper Mill card & AMD  Anique gold. & bits from my stash!

CFAS DT Card! Including tutorial for double easel!

How to make this card;

Take an A4 card Score in half!

Score one half in half again!

Remove the end piece.

Cut down the middle to score line.

Score diagonally & fold as in picture. 

Attach DST to folded part as shown.

Cut two pieces of card to fit depending on the size of your toppers trim accordingly.

It's really easy and not much different from a normal easel card.

I chose to use their wonderful already coloured Fall flowers with pricking background. I made a double twisted easel.. I used MS punch for the border. I coated parts of the flowers with Glossy Accents.
