Sympathy card!

Hi Everyone, sorry I'm not around much but our nephew passed away on Monday. I think we are all in shock. I needed to make a couple of sympathy cards and it took me all day to make one! I used these  Papermania stamps. Inked with Memento Rich cocoa. Now I can't find them lol! I have no idea where I put them! 

My friend came over and spent the afternoon with me. I have lost my mojo! 

I just watched her play nice lol! 

I have my Dad coming today and a couple of friends later. Looking forward to that.

Whoopsi Daisy dt card "Spots & Dots"

Hi Everyone another week has flown by and it's time for another WD Challenge. 

This week it's Spots & Dots. I use this adorable image coloured with Pro Markers. Image &Dotty paper is from the cd Daisy & friends. Available from Joanna Sheen.

I used an 8x8 card, bow stamp is Chloe's.  Punches are MS.

Flowers are Spellbinders.

You must use a WD image for top 3

LIM week 56 "Don't Scrap it"

Hi everyone. Well what a difference a day makes yesterday I was so thrilled my cards were on Create & Craft  Stamps By Chloe. If you would like to look at the samples see earlier posts.
Today we are down to earth with a bump. 

We had a call at 6am to say OH Nephew was in a coma and things are looking very grim indeed. He's had a massive brain Hemorrhage & a heart attack.

We have been at the hospital most of the day. He is on life support and they will see what tomorrow brings.

Sorry to offload but could you please spare some positive vibes for Garry?

I had to make a card for my lovely Niece who is 30 next Saturday. She prefers Cas cards so I made my LIM card for her today. Kathryn is off to New York in a few days for her birthday. 

Lucky lass I wish I was going with her.

Less is More "don't scrap it. In other words use your scraps.

I cut the Spellbinders shape out with a scrap of white card & the flower is cut from scrap of paper which was a free download from the Shabby Princess. Sentiment is printed onto vellum I also used a vellum insert. Image is a free stamp from Creative Stamper.

40th Birthday card

Hi everyone, i'm back with another card. I actually used my Cricut today. I can't remember the last time I used it! I used  the Martha Stewart Cricut cartridge to make the 40. I found a beautiful site with free papers on called Shabby Princess. I have to say they have some of the best papers I have ever seen. The celebration tag is vellum and part of a Craftwork card pack.

I used the dots & Happy Birthday EF.

Birthday brayer card!!

Hi Everyone, what a brilliant day I've have had at Franki's A crafty Touch. I can't wait until the next class.

We had a wonderful teacher Lesley Wharton who is on the Chocolate Baroque DT.

The time just flew by and I learned so much Lesley was such an inspiration. I used Adirondack Denim & DI Tumbled Glass. Chocolate Baroque stamps. I can't believe I made this. it's OH birthday tomorrow so I made into his birthday card. I also used a MS happy Birthday border punch. Paper is a FREE download from 

Shabby Princess. What a fabulous site and loads of free papers.

I'm entering into LIM week 55 Theme Punches or Die Cuts.

I used a die cut for the moon and a punch for the border.

Another Lim !

It's OH birthday on Sunday so I decided to finish it for one of his birthday cards.

Hi everyone, well we have had a stressful couple of days.

 My Dad was taken ill yesterday he had a stroke but luckily it was just a mini stroke. It was bad enough to be admitted to hospital but after a lot of tests & new medication he was sent home today. He's almost 89 & we are very lucky to have him.

I have had this embossing folder for a few weeks now and wasn't sure what to do with it really!

I decided to make another LIM card for challenge 54 One Layer "lines".

I bought the ribbon with this folder in mind around the same time.

I used Craftwork card stock bought from Chloe

Gate fold card!

Hi Everyone hope your well this is my first post of the day as I will be back later with my CFAS DT card.

I bought a couple of new dies this week so of coarse I needed a play!

I used a piece of A3 card for this one cut down to 8" height so it will fit in an A5 envelope.

I scored the width of the back  61/2"  Main flap is 6" and the smaller one is 4"

I did some matting and layering then used Marianne die  for decoration and to keep the front closed.

I used a Cuttlebug Embossing folder plus for the front, and some Inkadinkado Foilage trails stamps. Spellbinders die inside and stamped & embossed sentiments.

Got a busy day ahead with my Dad this morning and my friends later.
