Lim week 87 Love & marriage

Hi everyone, sun's shining but is it me or is it freezing!

We have had a lovely couple of days on an Asterdam Mini cruise we got back a few hours ago so Hubby has done some jobs and I have had a rest. 

I have managed a couple of Lim cards for Love and Marriage challenge!

I have used A5 cards

Marianne dies on the first one and stamp sentiment is from Circa Design.

I bought all of the stamps at Doncaster a while ago and this is their first ionking. I'm not sure who made the Bride & groom as they were a cheap set with no name on.

Ross Papercraft Show this Sunday 23rd September!

The next show is at the Rainton Meadows Arena, 

Mercantile Road, 

Houghton-le-Spring, DH4 5PH, 

and will take place on Sunday, 23rd. September 2012.

We have a good variety of trade stands again, with local traders, quite a few traders from around the country, and a few trade stands from the crafting channels on TV.

A couple of wedding cards

Hi everyone, today I have a couple of wedding cards to show you. I made them last week!

I am having a go at making chipboard wedding albums at the moment to give to Bob's Sister's. I will post when I finish. 

1st card 

I made an easel card using Grand plain & fancy circles.

Hi Everyone, thank you once again for all the wonderful comments you have left I really appreciate everyone.

Today's card is for Whoopsidaisy Challenge "Make it girly".

I used this beautiful pre coloured image & backing papers from Joanna Sheen's Daisy & Friends at Christmas.

Images are by our very own Linnie. I love the images and the backing papers on the cd. They are all stunning. As you can see it is not all about xmas.

I used Go Kreate frilly squares and Memory box die.

I have some exciting news to share.....

I have some special news to share with you all today!

 It is our Wedding Day!

We have known each since school and been together for 15 years. We will be married at 5pm. My parents will be our witnesses, after we will go for a meal. We only told our families two days ago and they are all thrilled. His sister's took some convincing that he wasn't joking. Lol!

Less is More One layer "foilage"

This time it's  FOLIAGE!

Hi everyone, I woke up with an awful headache and couldn't drag myself out of bed for my beloved  LIM challenge. When I did manage to get up our eldest grandaughter wanted to come and see us they have just come back from Majorca. We took her shopping and had a lovely afternoon. Grandad took her on the shows while Nan had a coffee and watched the bags! Lol!

I have had a little play and this is what I came up with. 

Recipe

A5 card Chloe's Holly Scroll  & With Love stamps. Some red pearl drops.

This is my most successful attempt with gilding flakes. I have only dabbled a couple of times with it.

6x6 card and Sizzix embossing folder I coloured the image with Pro Markers.

A6 card and Chloe's Heart Wreath and lavender stamps.

Adirondack ink Lettuce & Brilliance Pearl lavender.

Ribbon's n lace at Whoopsidaisy! OR.....

Hi everyone we are having a few changes over on Whoopsidaisy!

From this week we are going to introduce an ANYTHING GOES WITH A WHOOPSI DAISY image element to the challenge, so if you use a WHOOPSI DAISY image you can enter any style of card or project you like - you don't have to follow the theme, but if you use an image that is not a WHOOPSI DAISY image you must enter a card or project that follows the RIBBONS AND LACE theme.
