Nautical!

I rarely make boy/man cards unless I have to. I was thrilled that this lovely image made me want to lol!

Doesn't time fly when your having fun! Another two weeks have flown by & it's challenge time at 

Creative Card Crew this time it's "thankful".

I decided to make a card using my Kan Ban Poppy stamps as at this time of year in the UK we remember our loved ones past & present who gave their lives for their Country. 

Sentiment stamps are from Creative stamping magazine.

I used Ross Card & Nesties 4 to make my easel card.

Red & Orange! 2/3

Hi Everyone. 

Its week 40 at LIM Colour "Red & Orange"

I bought a Creative Stamping  magazine today with a free gift, £20 worth of free stamps.

The flourish on the top card is from Sizzix but the rest of the stamps used on these two cards are made using a few stamps from the free sheet. There are loads on it.

6x6 cards.

I used Paper Mill cream card.

Ross A3 orange card.

I stamped with 

Brilliance Red Rocket, Rocket red gold & Pearlescent Ivy.

I also used the gorgeous WOW embossing powder Neutral Ultra Shimmerl

I coloured in a few places with Cosmic shimmer drawing inks;

Golden Glow

Scarlet blush

Evergreen.

 Stickles.

Red & Orange!

Hi Everyone. This week over at LIM Challenge 40 Red & orange

Weeek 40 blimey where do the weeks go!
Just as well we needed red cos I stabbed myself in my rush to get the flowers out! OUCH!

I used a cream A5 card

Flourish from Cheery Lynn coloured with Brilliance Red Rocket. Spellbinders flower cut with Orange glitter card. Sentiment done with Big & Juicy Happy Birthday.

Cream & Black Card & my Birthday cards.

Hi everyone! I had a wonderful  birthday yesterday but I didn't get time to make a card. I had loads of msgs & phone calls. I had two friends here most of the day & we had a play with Embossing Paste and bits but didn't make a card. I bought myself another couple (7) MS punches lol! Off QVC!
Cos I haven't got many!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a lovely letter, chocolate & card with a baby scan photo attached from DIL Diana. It's getting exciting now as our 4th granddaughter is due on 1st December so not long now! 

Then my son DIL & granddaughter's came & Adam managed to ring me from Afghanistan so that made my day. My friend came for tea and spent a couple of hours here last night.

 I have some beautiful cards some of them are handmade all are gorgeous.

A very big thank you to everyone who made my day so special.

My first card

I used 8x8 Card from AMD. I printed my backing paper onto 8x8 card the joys of an A3 printer! 

The beautiful  metal embellishment & pearls are from Dawn till Dusk

TH  Co ordinations card cut & embossed using Marianne die & distressed.

Glossy accents & glitter.

I used the digital image The Snowmen. I coloured with PM. I used flower soft for the fur & Snow marker for their bodies. Topped with Stickles.
 I used a large  xxl Go Kreate circles and made an easel card.
I used Christmas Joy paper pad by Limited Edition.
I stamped the card using CCC stamps & also Chloes Petal stamp.
My snowflakes were cut in the Big Shot with Cuttlebug die & glitter card.
