Morning Crafter's and fellow Limettes today I have an 18th Birthday card I made for our Great Niece & a set of 4 Lim cards.
I made the car using an Arty Farty template, CC Pearl Centura & Kan Ban card.
Bits from my stash.
..............................
Tomorrow Suzicraft are having a Craftathon to make Christmas card for our troops. So I decided to make a set to take with me.
After racking my brains I remembered I had a lend of this xmas tree stencil.
So I used my Dreamweaver embossing paste and glitters. I love the effect although you need to be patient and wait till it dries.

Some of the sentiments have been stamped & some I used the Stamp & stick glue pad.
You heat it then apply the glitter!
I don't no what I am doing wrong but I am not very happy with the results.

I don't feel as if it's sticky enough.
So any tips would be gratefully received.
Thanks for calling.
Have a great Sunday.

ReplyDeleteI don't seem to be very successful with Embossing Paste Jan, so I really don't think that I can be much help!

Wow the car is amazing. Love your LIM cards. I find the best way for stamping and using glitter is to use a powder. Joanna Sheen used to have something called Stickum (?) and I have a pot of Stampendous Stamp n Bond. I could never get the Glue Pad to work
