21+Vat Birthday!


Hi everyone. 
I had a card to make for a friend who when anyone asks her age she always says 21+vat!
 She is 75 really lol! 
I used an 8x8 card.
 21 designed by Rita Rooney! Frame 1 from set of 4 By Tina Fallon
Cut on the Silhouette Portrait.
Cupcake is a free template from Chris UK Scrappers.
Vat cut from Spellbinders alphabet.
Bits from my stash.
