Retirement Card!


Hi everyone I am enjoying a cooler day today here in Durham! It's been a welcome reprieve!
I made this card for my Sister who retired from teaching yesterday! 
She is feeling a little lost as she loved her job. 
I bought this lovely Inkylicious sentiment stamp at Doncaster last weekend I think it's perfect for her retirement card.
Flower stamp is from Clearly Besotted. I used Wow EP. Decoupaged the flowers. Fiskers corner scissors. Linen card stock.
I did it to much Linda's sitting room lol! She likes things matching but is a less is more kinda girl!

    That is a gorgeous sentiment stamp love the font, beautiful card, I'm sure your sister does/will love the card, I'm sure she will soon get to grips with retirement once the shock has worn off, maybe you could get her crafting, teach her some of your fantastic skills xx Zoe xx

    Thanks for posting this card Jan - as well as being a totally beautiful card and really thoughtful sentiment, you have reminded me that I have these corner scissors. Seeing your card, I thought what a beautiful shaped card!!
