It's new release day at AuroraWings today. Two gorgeous Butterfly Sprites.

I coloured them with AM & Lyra Pencils.

Rose paper is from Aspire craft and the green paper is from a Lidle pack of card I purchased recently.

Greyscale + 1

Hi everyone!

I am back again (twice today lol) with a project for the AurorWings challenge blog.HERE

My project is A4 and I used watercolour pencils and a charcoal pencil.

This months challenge is "Greyscale"You use shades of grey on the skin and hair and then add one other colour.
It's my 1st attempt at this but the DT have done such amazing projects I dream to be that good one day but not any time soon!
Still I do enjoy trying and as my Gran used to say! "If at first you don't succeed, try and try again"!

I used some Distress ink for the background and matted it onto some Bazzill card stock. I used a Cherry Lynn flourish and Nelly Snellen butterfly stamp.

This week my card was inspired by Chrissies

I love stencilling and don't get to do it as often as I would like.

I used a great stencil from my DT time at Imagination crafts.

I used Dreamweaver translucence paste. I think it looks so elegance.

My sentiment and glasses stamps are a set from Chloe

New challenge at Julia Spiri...

It's new challenge time over on Julia Spiri

It's always anything goes with a twist. The twist this time is to use something from the garden flowers/tree.

I used Julia's gorgeous Pink and white Roses digis. HERE

I took the elements into MCS and then I 3D them. I embossed the handbag from a Keepsake board. Sentiment is also a Keepsake product.

My Fab N Funky DT card..

Hi Everyone! It'a my turn to host the Fab N Funky challenge this time.

I chose the theme Male/Boy.

I used the cute Saucer Head HERE I resized the image in MCS coloured with AM. Some I placed on some acetate so they look like the are flying.

Backing paper is from a pad from Lidl.double sided one glittered lush.

Blue sparkle medium and Imagination stencil.

Glossy accents.

Tylers 1st Birthday

Hi everyone!

It's our little mans 1st Birthday today! We haven't seen him since Christmas apart from Skype. No cuddles. He is growing so fast. He was walking by 10 month.

This is the card I made for him. It was cut on Silhouette Portrait and it's an Amanda Davis cutting file.

I stamped the Woodware boat several times and did some paper piecing.

Anchor is a Cheery Lynn die.

Less is more..

Hi everyone!

It's Saturday so that means it's Less is more day.This week it's Faux Bleaching.

This is my 1st attempt so hope it's ok?

I used Chloe's Dragonfly stamp and Inkylicious white Embossing powder.

Faux bleached the dragonfly and some dots on the pink stripe.

Tattered Lace sentiment.

AlteNew...

Hi everyone!

I have been quite naughty recently buying AlteNew stamps!!  But I love them.

They just fell into my basket. 

I have had a play over the last couple of days.

(I'm supposed to be making a mini album of our Tyler for Indra lol)

1st card 7x7 was made using the Persion Motifs stamped with Black Versafine & coloured with AM.

I splattered with Cosmic Shimmer spray.

2nd card was stamped with Peony Bouquet onto 6x6 Kraft card I brushed Cosmic Shimmer Mica paints onto the stamps 

I used Orange Gold, Rose Hue & Yellow sun I also used the paints for the splatters.

3rd DL card was made using Peony Bouquet and Distress inks.

4th card C5 I used Beautiful Day and a mixture of Distress inks, Brilliance  and Stamping up inks.

I think it would be much easier if you can afford to buy the Altenew inks but it was stamps or inks and the stamps won lol! I did buy a purple set with my 1st stamps and I love them.

I am entering into Less is more one layer splatter challenge
