Greyscale + 1

Hi everyone!
I am back again (twice today lol) with a project for the AurorWings challenge blog.HERE
Image Boy Fae sitting on leaves HERE
AuroraWings shop HERE
My project is A4 and I used watercolour pencils and a charcoal pencil.
This months challenge is "Greyscale"You use shades of grey on the skin and hair and then add one other colour.
It's my 1st attempt at this but the DT have done such amazing projects I dream to be that good one day but not any time soon!
Still I do enjoy trying and as my Gran used to say! "If at first you don't succeed, try and try again"!

I used some Distress ink for the background and matted it onto some Bazzill card stock. I used a Cherry Lynn flourish and Nelly Snellen butterfly stamp.
Thanks for calling
xx Jan

  4. Such a super card Jan. Btw. the 'Craft galore'image obscures the comments box when you try to leave a comment just for your info. You may need to make the blog side bits narrower. ;) Viv xx

  10. I love how you chose orange as the accent color to go with this image, Jan. You've warmed up and energized this tranquil (almost melancholic) image of mine with your splash of color and bright die cuts. I love what you've done here!! I look forward to seeing more of this color approach from you in the future. You have a knack for it. Thank you for playing at Aurora Wings Challenge. Mitzi xx
