Not Just Cards challenge and DT Call....

Hi everyone!
We have a new challenge today at Not Just cards. Our new challenge is Winter!
I used Hepburn dress HERE
I coloured her with Illustrator pens by Spectrum Noir.
I used Spellbinders grand and fancy circles. Star flourish is a Signature die.
Bits from my stash and Liquid Pearls.
