WOYWW #475

Products used

Hi everyone!
It's been a while since I joined in at WOYWW.
It's been to hot in the craftroom and I didn't feel like crafting.
I decided to make this Memory Box for my son and his girlfriend in memory of Our Angel Baby.
It's been a pretty sad time as you can imagine.
I had just bought a pack of mittens and hats so I popped them in and they can add their own bits to.
I've also added a lovely verse.
MDF box is from the MDF man.
Papers and alphabet dies from Crafter's Companion.
Thanks for calling.
xx Jan

  9. Oh Jan I’m so sorry; the hurt that can happen in the short weeks between visits. I would probably have cried the entire time I made up that beautiful gift box, and found it extremely cathartic! I hope that your Son and his girlfriend can heal together surrounded by your love and support. Time and love, time and love.

  17. I apologize for visiting so late, Jan. My slow internet that my provider can’t seem to help me with, along with a visit from three young people has culminated with a cough, chills, sweats, and sore throat that my friends believe is the flu. This may seem like a cop-out, but I believe in visiting everyone, or I shouldn’t be playing. I appreciate you understanding.

Of course, my "woes" are NOTHING compared to what you have been through. How painful to have lost someone so young. I hope that memory box was a small way of healing. Happy very belated WOYWW from # 4.
