Birthday Wishes...

Hi everyone!
I made this a few days ago and forgot about it!
I used one of Sheena Douglass new embossing folder and the glycerine technique.
I used Distress ink Stormy skies.
I also added some sparkle pen.
Stamp and tag also by CC
I also added some silver gilding wax.
