Hi everyone another week has flown by and it's WOYWW once again.
It's freezing here but really sunny and just a hard frost up to now.
Son number 2 bumped his car on the way to drop the kids off but only the car was damaged not the passengers.
Little ones were a little shocked but Nana & Granda cuddles settled them down.

I've had one of those weeks when I wanted to create but my minds not on it! My bodies knackered any way lol!
I finished the bag (as above) and tried to do some foiling which resulted in beautiful bright pink dies!
I had put the foil the wrong way up!

Anyway have a good week everyone.
Thanks for calling

The bag is looking great! And hey, we all do daft things when crafting...the amount of times I've had to use the seam ripper to undo a mistake that happened just cos I was rushing or not thinking things through!!

It's always scary to ride on slippery/frozen roads, glad no-one was hurt!!! I love the bag you made, seems like a good, 'stevig' (what's the translation... let me look it up... 'sturdy') bag to go grocery shopping with! Happy woyww and a hug from Holland, Marit #18
ReplyDeleteThank you this is the tutorial it's by Debbie Shore

Hi Jan, great job with the bag. Good news that no-one was hurt, happens so easily in this weather.
ReplyDeleteI've done daft things too- first time I tried foiling with my laminator, had half a dozed failed attempts. Then, like you, realised I had the foil on upside down! Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #7 XxX
Love the bag - so cheery on a dull January day!
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW :)

Love the dies and stencils you have on your photos. Your bag is a fun color. I know your feeling of not with it. Once I start something I'm fine but. Happy WOYWW and have a great week. #19
ReplyDeleteThis is a fabulous bag! Glad to hear the little ones are okay.

Love the bag Jan. Hope the foil doesn't affect the dies. Better than cutting through magnetic plates as I have been known to do. Hope you are feeling a bit more up to crafting soon. Sarah #4

ReplyDeleteHi Jan, I am totally impressed you have both of your die cutters in reach on the table. ( I have to take mine out of the box to use it haha) the small one. ~Stacy #26

Glad nobody was hurt and your cuddles worked a treat.
ReplyDeleteLovely bag.
Hugs, Neet 1 xx
Sorry I’m late! The bag is super jan, brilliant shape and great lovely fabric, you should be really pleased! As for the foiling, I think it’s a common problem, i’ve Watched people use it the wrong way up just seconds after a demonstration, it’s almost counter-intuitive to put it right side up! Glad the cuddles worked their magic, it’s horrid when the littlest experience such stuff. Glad too that it was a bump and that your son’s ok!
ReplyDeleteThe bag look awesome! Glad no one was hurt in the bump. Mistakes are the best way to learn - you won't forget this one anytime soon! Thanks for your visit, Lindart #24
ReplyDeleteYour desk looks great, too! Thanks for your visit! zsuzsa #20
ReplyDeleteHi Jan!
ReplyDeleteGood to hear everyone is okay. The bag turned out lovely. Pink dies? Definitely a happy accident lol. I've been just the opposite. My mind is on creating but just can't seem to get the time. Maybe next week? Creative Blessings! Kelly #29
