Hi everyone and a happy WOYWW #518!
It's an awful day here in Durham. Wet and windy just the day for crafting.
......................
I bought a cheap apron and had a play with the new Crafter's Companion Floral Alphabet stamps.
I stamped on a thin canvas bag with CC qick dry black ink.
I coloured them in with SN Alcohol markers.
Then fussy cut them out.
I glued with CC fabric stick and stay.
It says CC DT short for Crafter's Companion Design Team. I still need to pinch myself to be a part of that amazing team.
Thanks for calling
xx Jan
I didn't know you were in Durham, Jan! My fav cathedral ever...I lived near Wylam, up the Tyne Valley for 11 years back in the 80s/90.s...fond memories. If it's any consolation, it's been chucking it down here too!

ReplyDeleteYeah, wet and gloomy here too. Housework punctuated by desk visiting is about the shape of my day. Great work with the apron, perfect colour for CC. I hope you enjoy every minute of being on the DT.

That is going to be one lovely apron! I love aprons especially as I get over...it sort of serves as a bib and catches all kinds of things from food to inks. LOL..

ReplyDeleteSorry for the belated comment, I went straight to bed after work yesterday feeling lousy. My brother went to uni in Durham. I still remember helping him to move up there for his first term back in 1992. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #4
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Jan. Way late getting 'round to everyone this week. Wish I could say it was crafting related... rather I'm having a dig out of the studio. Slow process. Lovely bag. Reminded me to put blank canvas bags on my shopping list for today! Creative blessings! Kelly #28
