Hi everyone and a happy WOYWW #520!
I've been polishing up on my colouring! How is it I colour something and I love it then I colour a few things and they look pants!!! Oh well best keep practising.
Why don't you pop over to Julia's Stamping Ground to see what it's all about?
Have a great week & thanks for calling.
xx Jan
Colouring is just one of those things isnt it. I'm the same with journal page backgrounds - can never achieve the same effect twice! Happy 10 year WOYWW anniversary. Have a great week. Love & God Bless, Caro x (#27)

I loved your coloring and I see you have a good selection of items to color with. I can't seem to stay inside the lines, so I don't do it often. Happy 10th from # 4.
ReplyDeletePractice does make perfect...or at least that's what they say. LOL Happy 10 year WOYWW anniversary. Dorlene #39
ReplyDeleteHappy 10th WOYWW to you! So many people find colouring restful and relaxing ... alas, not me! I drew two wavy lines across a card last week - only about a 1/4" apart and decided I wanted to colour them red. Oh the stress! I was even more of a basket-case when I'd finished. Love from Debbie #25 xXx
ReplyDeleteThe colouring looks good to me. I'm really late as I was forced to go out with friends today to drink coffee and eat scones.... I could hardly say no! but it has made me late getting round. Wishing you a lovely woyww and a happy creative week with hugs, Angela x19X
ReplyDeletePractise, Practise. Totally agree it is hard to get the same result twice!! enough to put you off though I hope it doesn't! Happy 10th Anniversary, Cindy #44
ReplyDeleteHappy 10th WOYWW birthday Jan. I need to practise my colouring too. i bet you are far better than me. Sarah #3

Hi Jan, I find the same thing. Get something finished I'm really happy with, think I'm finally getting the hang of it, then the next one is terrible! Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #7 X
ReplyDeleteHI Jan, I think its just one of those things the more you do it the more you see there is that could be done. *Shrugs* I have been working on letting my "good enough" happen for me. Happy Anniversary! ~Stacy #35
ReplyDeleteHi Jan, sorry for the late visit, we are having internet problems, keeps going off and on! Happy 10th WOYWW anniversary! I'm doing lots of colouring practise myself at the moment, but it keeps me out of mischief! Have a lovely week Heather x #30
ReplyDeleteThe Woyww-list is quite long in this anniversary-week and I want to visit everyone on it, so I am still making my round... sorry I am late. And yes, every technique needs practising and we just keep on learning every time we do it (right now, I am testing/practising working with crackle glaze...) Just keep oon going! Have a nice Sunday. Happy late-woyww-anniversary, hug from Holland. Marit #16
ReplyDeleteHappy belated 10th anniversary! zsuzsa #26

Sorry I’m so late Jan, happy 10th...isn’t it ridiculous!! Colouring. Well I have a small theory...if you do multiples, you get blinded to the skill and just stop seeing it. I doubt very much that they’re actually pants!!
ReplyDeleteHi Jan, am so so late, very sorry. I have a theory about colouring (but I would, wouldn’t I!). I think you kind of go colour and skill blind after you’ve done a couple that are the same and you stop seeing how good they are. I rarely do multiples, but not because of any theory involving and skill, mostly because I’m fickle in terms of patience!!
